When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him enjoying time with his four kids, out in the woods or on the water, digging in the garden, or unwinding at the lake with a good book. He’s an open book and just a phone call away if you’ve got a question.

Director of Product Strategy

Erin helps bridge the gap between product and people, making sure what gets built actually works for the teams using it. She’s passionate about shaping strategy and aligning product vision with real-world needs. She’s a boy mom, baking enthusiast, and travel junkie who’s happiest cheering on her kids or exploring somewhere new.

Implementation Manager

Ashley has may years of experience helping customers succeed with TMS go lives. She’s led countless rollouts and knows how to make even the messiest integrations feel easy. Outside of work, you’ll find her knee-deep in 4H projects, camping with the family, or a garden haul and a serious canning session.

Adam brings momentum to the team, keeping everything in sync. From big picture strategy and demos to rolling up his sleeves and helping with implementation. There’s no task too small when it comes to moving the team forward. Outside of work, he’s a dedicated dad of four, a coach, and always in the mix wherever he’s needed most.

Director of Business Development

Meg has more than 7 years in the industry ranging from front-line sales to strategic partnerships and business development leadership across leading freight technology companies. She has built a track record of driving revenue growth, exceeding targets, and developing high-impact partnerships at organizations like Tai Software, MyCarrierPortal, and now Sunnybrook, where she leads initiatives across marketing, sales, and partnerships. Known for her resilience and collaborative approach, Meg focuses on creating long-term value for clients while fostering a high-performance team culture centered on shared success.

QA Analyst

Ember handles all things QA, keeping operations running smoothly. With logistics experience dating back to 2017, she brings a strong operational background spanning global forwarding, regional logistics coordination, and client-facing account management. That real-world perspective helps ensure the technology we build works the way logistics teams actually operate. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting modern pieces and gifting her handmade creations to friends. She love all things Disney, and proudly considers herself a Disney adult, and adores her Sheltie dog, Finley.

Gabby

Gabby Scott

Customer Service Manager

Neil brings a strong blend of Logistics and IT experience, helping customers get the most out of their systems. With seven years in IT and five years in logistics and warehousing, he specializes in data migration and complex integrations, making even challenging implementations feel smooth and manageable. Outside of work, he loves sailing and backpacking whenever he can get outdoors.

As a Customer Success Manager, I focus on building strong relationships and making sure our customers get the most value out of the Sunnybrook platform. I’ve spent my entire career in customer-facing roles, most recently in the warehousing and small-parcel shipping space, which taught me the importance of trust and partnership. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my four dogs or watching terrible TV shows I can’t seem to quit.

With over 5 years of freight brokerage experience, I am able to clearly understand the day to day needs of the modern brokerage. I use this experience daily to help clients see the value in Sunnybrook not only as a TMS provider, but as a reliable long term partner.

Courtney Keller

Implementation Specialist

Courtney brings a strong foundation in project coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to her role as an Implementation Specialist at Sunnybrook. Throughout her time at NorthPoint Development, she managed complex projects, coordinated events and outreach initiatives, and supported teams across operations, marketing, and leasing, giving her a unique ability to stay organized and keep moving parts aligned. Her experience working directly with stakeholders and navigating fast-paced environments makes her well-equipped to guide customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences.

Richard

Richard Moore

EDI Manager

Richard brings more than five years of experience in EDI and systems integration, with expertise spanning EDI specification development, trading partner onboarding, ERP integrations, and production support. Most recently, he served as an EDI Analyst supporting Primo Brands, where he led EDI implementations, developed validation processes using Java, and managed integrations for key transaction sets including 850, 810, 820, and 824. Prior to that, Richard held EDI and integration roles at MULTIVAC USA and WarehouseQuote.com, where he specialized in EDI mapping, API integrations, AS2/SFTP communications, and integration flow development. His background combines strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience collaborating across customers, trading partners, and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable EDI solutions.

Giovanna Rossi-Black

Implementation Engineer

Giovanna has more than a decade of logistics industry experience starting with freight services and account management roles at Transportation Impact, where he progressed from Senior Freight Services Associate to Account Supervisor. He later joined Descartes MacroPoint, advancing through customer success leadership roles and building deep expertise in visibility, customer engagement, and operational performance. Today, Giovanni serves as a Technical Account Manager, partnering with customers to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable value from logistics technology.

Emmie Wendlandt

Customer Service Manager

Emmie brings nearly a decade of experience in customer experience, supply chain operations, and process optimization to her role as Customer Success Manager at Sunnybrook. Before joining Sunnybrook, she held multiple leadership positions at Smart Warehousing, including Customer Success QA Manager, Supply Chain Project Manager, and Process Compliance Manager, where she focused on driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional client support. Her deep industry knowledge and customer-first mindset help ensure Sunnybrook clients get the most value from their technology and partnerships.
